“I've included a number of tricks in this project. One is the use of the Logic Bass Amp on a number of the audio busses, almost like a compressor with an added EQ, which does something to the sound that I really like. Another is the use of NYC compression on the drums (it's not turned up in the mix, but is there for users to explore and experiment with). It's a way of using extreme parallel compression to boost the levels”
